This is the shed on our allotment (with a "vintage" filter added). A bit run down, but holds the tools we need to do all of the weeding.

Proms, Royal Albert Hall

Went to the Proms tonight. Shame it was an opera, but the music was quite nice.

Love it when I go home and the tube carriage is empty. This had an "engraving" filter added.

Rush hour queue

Rush hour commuters forget how to walk down the left side of the escalator - this is the queue to go down the escalator at London Bridge.

Homemade fruit crumble

Using fruit grown by my mum (plums and pears) here is my own crumble. Was very nice, even if I do say so myself.

A birthday present from Giles, we went to see Jools Holland and guests last night. Great fun.

A fly on the bed

Got in and saw this fly just sitting on the bed, posing for a photo.

Bandstand, Greenwich

Greenwich Park has a bandstand. These guys were playing there on Sunday.

Spider Crab

The biggest crab is a Spider Crab. Saw this in the aquarium yesterday, probably about as big as me with those legs!

Jelly fish, London Aquarium

Visited the aquarium today with my mum, saw some great fish. This is the best photo that I got.

Coming home from Blackheath Village, saw these on the Heath.

Pub snacks

Cutty Sark pub in Greenwich, book group evening. Saw these at the bar, but had to have a proper meal, so got a burger instead. Maybe next time.

Turtle painting

We bought this on our honeymoon last year, we met the painter who made it, in the the last hotel we stayed in in Costa Rica.

Walking towards Greenwich town centre, saw a school front attached to some houses with signs for boys and girls above the door frames.

Saw this band on Saturday night in Hackney. They were supposed to be at Optimus Alive in Lisbon, but pulled out. Nice to see them, good fun band.
